Note: It is important to communicate with the fibre technician where you would like the ONT (fibre junction box) installed, if you do change your mind with regards to the location of the ONT thereafter, re-location charges will be applicable.

One off Installation charges apply as follows:
- ADSL / VDSL business & home connections = $150.00 + GST installation charge
- UFB business = $200 + GST installation charge
- UFB Home = no installation charge

Our qualified set up team will be able to recommend the best option for you. A modem purchased through us will be pre-configured and couriered to you (courier fee applies).
